Diversity and Inclusive Leadership Certification

A Diversity and Inclusive training program resulting in a nationally-recognized professional credential.

CRCC, in partnership with the University of Arkansas Currents (UA Currents), is proud to administer and manage the certification associated with this two-part program.

Participants are empowered with the leadership skills needed to support sustainable action leading to organizational transformation. By exploring The ABCs of Cultural Competence and Humility as well as The Three Cs of Inclusive Leadership, participants gain a deeper understanding of multiculturalism and its influence on leadership styles. Participants also develop a plan for executing diversity, equity, and inclusion change strategies and create a framework for professionals to lead with self-awareness, civility, and cultural consciousness.

Participants must complete Parts 1 and 2 of the program, as well as complete a Certification Quiz to earn the Diversity and Inclusive Leadership Certification (DILC).
