Grievance Process for Ethics Complaints
CRCC takes its responsibility to the community and its Code of Professional Ethics for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors very seriously. All individuals who wish to file a grievance or complaint against a professional certified by CRCC whom they perceive has violated the Code of Professional Ethics may access the complaint process and form.
How do I file an Ethics grievance with CRCC?
To begin the process of filing an Ethics complaint, please review the CRCC Guidelines and Procedures for Processing Complaints.
If the alleged violation occurred ON OR AFTER January 1, 2023, please refer to the 2023 Code of Professional Ethics for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors when submitting a complaint.
If the alleged violation occurred PRIOR TO January 1, 2023, please refer to the 2017 Code of Professional Ethics for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors when submitting a complaint.
If the alleged violation pertains to a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVEs), Certified Work Adjustment Specialist (CWAs), and Certified Career Adjustment Associate (CCAAs), please refer to the CVE Code of Professional Ethics.
