Important Notice: A New and Improved CRCC eUNIVERSITY is Coming Soon!

The Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) is excited to announce the launch of a new and improved Learning Management System (LMS), with a target launch date of May 1, 2026. Our new platform will be powered by Canvas, a leader in digital learning and continuing education delivery.

This transition will enhance your experience with CRCC eUNIVERSITY by offering a more user-friendly design and improved functionality. As we prepare for this transition, we want to share important dates that will affect your ability to purchase and complete courses.

To prepare for this upgrade, please note the following key dates:

  • You may continue purchasing courses through the CRCC eUNIVERSITY catalog until April 13, 2026.
  • The ability to purchase CRCC eUNIVERSITY courses will be disabled at 5:00 PM CST on April 13, 2026.
  • All courses purchased by April 13, 2026, must be completed by April 30, 2026. After this date, access to the current LMS will close. Courses must be completed by this deadline in order to receive CE credit. You will not be able to access these courses in the new CRCC eUNIVERSITY platform.
  • Transition Period: From April 14 through May 1, 2026, CRCC eUNIVERSITY will be temporarily closed while we migrate our course catalog to the new LMS. During this time, you will not be able to purchase courses or exam preparation materials.

If you have purchased the Flashcards and/or the Self-Assessment and have not yet passed the CRC exam, you will automatically be enrolled in these same test preparation tools in the new LMS once it launches. No action is required on your part.
