Disability & Accommodation Case Manager – Hybrid
Under the direction of the Disability Management and Workers’ Compensation Supervisor, this position provides support and guidance to employees, faculty, and departments for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses by administering the insurance programs to facilitate maximum recovery, identifying risk exposures, and recommending strategies to reduce or eliminate risks. This position impacts constituencies at all levels of the organization.
This role is responsible for managing the entire process, to include but not limited to: intake and scoping of requests/claims, consultation with employees and managers, communication with providers and medical professionals, interactive process, complex claim administration, and benefits coordination in accordance with federal and state law as well as organization policies and guidelines. The position interfaces effectively with other departments in HR, Health and Safety, Payroll/Timekeeping, Risk Management, Legal, and related contacts internal and external to the University to achieve desired goals. The position also designs, develops, and presents training presentations to clients, and assists in program administration by analyzing complex risk metrics to assist with program enhancements.

Rehabilitative Counselor
Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is an anti-poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We operate over 60 programs across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester County, including emergency, transitional, and permanent housing. Our services extend to families experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, people living with HIV/AIDS, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, adults with behavioral health or substance use needs, and others in need.
The Certified Rehabilitative Counselor (CRC) for the Career Access Program will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing vocational rehabilitation and workforce development services. Clinical Therapist/Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist
This position is housed in the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Department of Counseling and Behavioral Health, and is embedded full-time at the Commonwealth Technical Institute at the Hiram G. Andrews Center (CTI at HGAC) in Johnstown, PA. Through an intergovernmental agency agreement, Pitt operates clinical programs at HGAC, including the Cognitive Skills Enhancement Program (CSEP), which supports transition-aged individuals with cognitive disabilities in improving employment outcomes through social-emotional and executive functioning skill development. The role provides evidence-based individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, and cognitive rehabilitation; collaborates with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams; maintains compliant clinical documentation; supervises students and interns; and supports program development and evaluation. Required qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, clinical experience with cognitive and behavioral health disabilities, and strong assessment and communication skills. Licensure/certification, vocational rehabilitation experience, and supervision experience are preferred. This is a fully in-person role requiring daily on-site presence at CTI at HGAC.

- Provides objective vocational expert testimony in Social Security Disability hearings.
- Reviews the last five years of work history to classify relevant work
- Applies expert knowledge of the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) and SSA exertional levels and vocational methodology while testifying.
- Responds to hypotheticals provided by Administrative Law Judges and attorneys

Vocational Counselor and Life Care Planner
Spruance and Associates, Inc. is interviewing for an experienced vocational expert and Life Care Planner. Must be CRC and CLCP certified. The position will be full-time, with the majority of the caseload in NE Florida. This is a W-2 position with a full line of benefits including, health, dental, vision, AD&D, 401K, professional liability, etc. Paid time off and training benefits (IARP, ABVE, AANLCP, ICHCC, etc.). Vocational Evaluator
The Aptitude Network is a growing provider of vocational evaluation and consulting services for individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers. We partner with state agencies, attorneys, schools, and families to deliver expert assessments that guide meaningful employment outcomes. We are currently seeking a dedicated Vocational Evaluator to conduct in-person intake interviews and provide comprehensive vocational evaluations.

CRC Certified – Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
