Worksite Evaluator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate Worksite Evaluator to join our team in Denver and the surrounding areas.

A Worksite Evaluator is responsible for coordinating and conducting hands-on, real-world assessments at job sites to determine an individual’s strengths, skills, and support needs. These evaluations help inform vocational recommendations and support clients with disabilities in reaching their employment goals.

Primary Job Duties Include:
· Identify and contact businesses within the client’s area of residence and career interest to coordinate worksite evaluations.
· Conduct worksite evaluations, complete evaluation forms, and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines.
· Upload all relevant documentation into our internal system and maintain accurate records of client and vendor contact.
· Proactively build relationships with employers, including cold calling and on-site visits, to identify potential worksite opportunities

Vocational Case Manager

Responsibilities
· Assessing the medical, educational, and professional backgrounds of injured workers to determine vocational rehabilitation needs.
· Collaborating with physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and employers to develop individualized rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
· Coordinating vocational assessments, achievement testing, job analyses, ergonomic evaluations, labor market surveys, expert testimony/depositions, job placement services and career counseling.
· Facilitate communication between all parties, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information and documentation.
· Identifying suitable transitional or modified work opportunities aligned with medical restrictions and injured worker skill sets.
· Monitoring progress and facilitating workplace accommodations to support successful placement or return-to-work outcomes.
· Maintaining detailed case notes, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with the NCIC Rules, or other states’ jurisdictional guidelines and certification standards/ethics.

Rehabilitation Counselor

UNC Hospital is seeking a Rehabilitation Counselor, responsible for providing the population served by the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center with the capacity for rehabilitation planning, disability adjustment counseling, vocational development and placement, disability management and systematic follow-up.
