Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation & Disability

Provides support and guidance to employees, faculty, and departments for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses by administering the insurance programs to facilitate maximum recovery, identifying risk exposures, recommending strategies to reduce or eliminate risks. Full-Time Lecturer (Non-Tenure Track)

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our exceptional faculty on a full-time basis in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Massachusetts Boston preferably beginning Spring 2024. The position will be located in the Department of Counseling and School Psychology. The candidate will assume a core faculty, non-tenure-track lecturer position (one-year appointment), teaching in the Rehabilitation Counseling Master’s (CACREP accredited) and School Counseling Master’s (MPCAC accredited) degree programs.

All requirements of the position may be completed remotely, although preference may be given to persons who are willing to teach and engage in service activities in person. Teaching assignments may also vary depending on the needs of the School/department and will include a teaching load of 8 courses across the fall and spring semesters. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – CLINICAL SERVICES

The Hiram G. Andrews Center (HGAC) provides vocational training and comprehensive rehabilitation services. Programs offered include the Cognitive Skills Enhancement Program (CSEP) and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). The Assistant Director of Clinical Services will oversee all administrative aspects of operating the clinics and conduct clinical therapy services.

CSEP is designed to improve employment outcomes for young adults with cognitive disabilities (e.g., autism, ADHD, LD, TBI). The position will provide overall clinical direction and supervision to a multifaceted cognitive rehabilitation program for adults with primary cognitive disabilities. A strong background in clinical intervention, assessment, and service provision with persons with cognitive disabilities is required.

Preference will be given to individuals who are CRC certified/eligible and licensed to practice professional counseling (LPC) or psychology in Pennsylvania.
