STRATCOMM, INC.

StratComm is seeking a Vocational Expert (VE) to provide impartial testimony and expert analysis during disability hearings conducted by the Social Security Administration (SSA). The VE offers professional opinions on a claimant’s ability to work, considering their physical or mental limitations, past work experience, transferable skills, and the availability of jobs in the national economy.

All VEs contracted with StratComm must have their CRC (or ABVE) and at least five years of field experience to work under the contract and move forward through the suitability process.

Bilingual CRCs are highly sought-after and encouraged to apply.

Disability Management Consultant

Provides disability management, case management, and consultation services to campus departments regarding compliance with ADAAA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PWFA, Section 504, workers’ compensation laws, UC policy, and collective bargaining agreements. Medical Services – Industrial Rehabilitation Case Management Specialist

• Reviews workers’ compensation claims to determine feasibility and eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services.
• Works in conjunction with employers, injured worker, medical providers, Managed Care Organizations, and claims service staff to identify candidates for rehabilitation.
• Reviews vocational rehabilitation plans to ensure adherence with state and Federal laws, policies, rules and regulations.
• Authorizes payment and extension of living maintenance based upon review of vocational rehabilitation plans.
• Recommends and authorizes Living Maintenance Wage Loss of Injured Workers.

YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
