Vocational Case Manager
Duties:
Conducts international vocational interviews to gather information about the injured worker’s current and past employment, education, work-related injury, demographic information, and restrictions.
- Create Vocational Assessment reports and Labor Market Surveys.
- Identify the positions that best fit the vocational history and restrictions of the injured worker.
- Conduct Transferrable Skills Analysis (TSA) using the injured worker’s medical records and other related documentation.
- Develop Earning Capacity Assessments.
- Update or provide addendums to LMS reports as needed.
- Responsible for submitting 20 reports per month.
- Other duties as assigned.

Disability Management Coordinator – Hybrid
Provides vocational and personal counseling, recommendations for reasonable accommodations and management of medical disability related issues to staff and faculty with a disability affecting the ability to perform essential job functions. Provides support and guidance to employees, faculty, and departments for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses by administering the insurance programs to facilitate maximum recovery, identifying risk exposures, recommending strategies to reduce or eliminate risks. Worksite Evaluator
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate Worksite Evaluator to join our team in Denver and surrounding areas. A Worksite Evaluator is responsible for coordinating and conducting hands-on, real-world assessments at job sites to determine an individual’s strengths, skills, and support needs. These evaluations help inform vocational recommendations and support clients with disabilities in reaching their employment goals. Primary Job Duties Include:

Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist
The Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist (CRT) will develop and coordinate holistic, individualized service plans that address both cognitive and vocational goals. Vocational Evaluator
As a Vocational Evaluator/Assistant, you will be responsible for administering vocational inventories, tests and write reports to determine suitable vocational goals and employment opportunities for clients (under the supervision of a certified Vocational Evaluator).
