Vocational Expert
STRATCOMM, INC.
StratComm is seeking a Vocational Expert (VE) to provide impartial testimony and expert analysis during disability hearings conducted by the Social Security Administration (SSA). The VE offers professional opinions on a claimant’s ability to work, considering their physical or mental limitations, past work experience, transferable skills, and the availability of jobs in the national economy.
All VEs contracted with StratComm must have their CRC (or ABVE) and at least five years of field experience to work under the contract and move forward through the suitability process.

Traveling Vocational Evaluator
(Contract Position – Flexible, In-Person)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, fast-paced Traveling Vocational Evaluator to manage and conduct in-person vocational evaluations. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy while requiring a high level of professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills.
As a VE, you’ll:
- Meet with clients in person to conduct vocational evaluations.
- Prepare clear, professionally written reports within required timeframes.
- Review, approve, and sign off on evaluations completed by Vocational Evaluator Assistants.
- Maintain confidentiality, high ethical standards, and excellent customer service.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
GLC On-The-Go is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with experience with Mental Health disorders for a full-time contract. This position is located at the NIH Clinical Center (CC), National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. The NIH Clinical Center is the largest hospital in the world totally dedicated to translational clinical research. The hospital maintains a 200-bed inpatient capacity with 18 outpatient clinics (including 3 day hospitals) to support the intramural research programs of the 17 Institutes and Centers with clinical programs on the NIH Bethesda campus.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience performing as a Vocational Rehab Counselor in a clinical setting.
- Masters in Rehabilitation.
