GRIEVANCE PROCESS

CRCC takes its responsibility to the community and its Code of Professional Ethics for Certified Rehabilitation Counselors very seriously. All individuals who wish to file a grievance or complaint against a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who they perceive has violated the Code of Professional Ethics may access the complaint process and form below.

(If the alleged violation occurred PRIOR TO January 1, 2023, please refer to the 2017 Code when submitting a complaint.)

Ethics Committee Reviews

All grievances are reviewed fully by the CRCC Ethics Committee in accordance with the Guidelines and Procedures for Processing Complaints. Actions range from a letter of instruction to revocation of certification.
