A training program resulting in a nationally recognized professional credential.

CRCC, in partnership with the University of Arkansas Currents (UA Currents), is proud to administer and manage the Awareness, Belonging, and Courageous Leadership Certification certification associated with this two-part program.

The two-part Awareness, Belonging, and Courageous Leadership (ABCL) Certification challenges participants to examine and address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership in organizations.
